Our Working Process

Discuss Recruitment Requirements
Both parties discuss the number of workers needed, job positions, recruitment requirements, salary levels, and the expected onboarding timeline.
2.
Sign a Cooperation Agreement or Receive a Demand Letter
The employer signs a Cooperation Agreement or issues a Demand Letter to confirm their recruitment needs.
3.
Candidate Recruitment and Selection in Vietnam
Uriah conducts recruitment, screening, and candidate assessments based on the employer’s criteria, then submits candidate profiles for review.
4.
Interview and Employment Contract Signing
The employer may interview candidates directly or make selections based on their profiles. Once approved, an employment contract is signed.
5.
Visa Processing
Uriah assists with preparing the required documentation and coordinates with relevant authorities to complete the work visa application process for the employees.
6.
Departure and Initial Integration
The employees travel to Germany to begin their employment. The employer supports accommodation arrangements, residence registration, and other necessary administrative procedures during the initial period to help employees integrate quickly into their new working environment.
